I provide consultative care to address geriatric-specific concerns including:

• Repeated falls

• Polypharmacy (use of multiple medications)

• Memory loss and cognitive decline

• Mood and behavior changes

• End-of-life matters

While I work in consultation with other care providers, I do not offer primary or urgent care services. Depending on the nature and complexity of the problem, follow-up visits may be needed.

I currently do not accept any insurances, including Medicare. Service fees depend on the time and complexity of the visit. A fee estimate can be provided during the complimentary initial telephone consultation.
